MiniPay Boost Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

The MiniPay Boost program is organized by Blueboard Limited, an entity organized under the laws of Ireland, with a registered address at The Wilde, 53 Merrion Square, Dublin 2, D02 PR63, Ireland, a subsidiary of Opera Norway AS (“Blueboard” and “we,” “us” and “our”).

2. Agreement and Terms and Conditions:

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally-binding contract between you and Blueboard. By participating in the MiniPay Boost program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You acknowledge and agree to be legally bound without limitation or qualification and agree that all decisions of Blueboard are final and conclusive.

3. Eligibility:

The MiniPay Boost program is available to adult residents of qualifying countries in which MiniPay non-custodial crypto wallet (“MiniPay”) is available. Users from the United Kingdom, Brazil, Mexico, the UN, FATF, or MAS-sanctioned countries are excluded from participation. Employees of Blueboard, its affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation, or handling of the program, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of such employees are not eligible. Local federal, provincial, and municipal laws apply. Void where prohibited.

4. Reward:

Eligible users can earn a weekly reward of up to 2%, calculated based on their USDT balance in MiniPay.

• Rewards are determined using a progressive tier system, where different portions of your balance may earn at different rates.
• The maximum reward a user can earn is $10 per week, unless stated otherwise during a promotional campaign.
• Only balances held in USDT are eligible for Boost. cUSD and USDC balances are not currently supported.
• Rewards are calculated weekly and distributed daily.
• Users must hold a minimum of $1 in USDT in their MiniPay wallet to qualify.

All reward structures, amounts, and requirements are subject to change at the discretion of Blueboard Limited. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the reward structure at any time without prior notice.

5. Promotional Campaigns:

From time to time, Blueboard may launch special campaigns, such as:

• Mega Boost Week – Offering increased reward caps  and elevated reward rates for a limited time. Additional conditions such as topping up during the campaign period may apply.

6. Reward Variability:

MiniPay Boost is a dynamic program. Your actual reward may vary week to week depending on:

• Your wallet balance
• Your usage of MiniPay (e.g., adding cash, transactions, using Mini Apps)
• Changes in the program structure or reward availability

7. Entry Period:

The MiniPay Boost program operates on a daily cycle, with rewards distributed every 24 hours. To be eligible, user must have held the minimum required balance for a minimum of 48 hours to qualify. The start and end dates of any additional promotions like Mega Boost Week will be mentioned on the campaign page.

8. Requirements:

Rewards are calculated based on weekly wallet activity and distributed automatically every 24 hours. No manual action is required to claim MiniPay Boost rewards. To be eligible:

• Your wallet must be active and hold qualifying balances during the reward period
• Your wallet must maintain a minimum balance of $1 equivalent in USDT stablecoins for the entire 7-day period to be eligible for the reward.
• Your MiniPay account must be linked to a verified phone number. Wallets without a phone number will not be considered
• You must not engage in activity intended to exploit or manipulate the reward system

The reward structure, amounts, and requirements are subject to change at the discretion of Blueboard Limited. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the reward structure at any time without prior notice.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability:

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Blueboard, Opera, and/or its suppliers from any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including without limitation, damages for loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of participation in these programs or receipt or use of any reward or prize. This includes but is not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the programs; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) errors in the administration of the programs or processing of entries; or (d) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation or receipt of any reward.

You further agree that in any cause of action, Blueboard’s liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the programs, and in no event shall Blueboard be liable for attorney’s fees or costs. You agree to indemnify and hold Blueboard, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of participation in the programs.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms are based on Norwegian law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway without giving effect to any conflicts of law principles that may require the application of the laws of a different country. All actions or proceedings arising under or related to these Terms must be brought in the Oslo City Court, and each party hereby agrees to irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction and venue of any such court.

11. Changes to the Program:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral programs at our sole discretion, including but not limited to altering reward amounts, entry requirements, or any other aspect of the programs. Any changes to these Terms will be communicated via the MiniPay app, or via MiniPay official social media channels.

12. Notice:

Users from the United Kingdom, Brazil, the UN, FATF, or MAS-sanctioned countries are excluded from participation. Investing in cryptocurrencies carries significant risk, and you should consider whether it is appropriate for your financial situation.
