Communication Tone

We try to have a friendly and casual communication tone. We operate in a world of money transfers built on crypto, which might be a bit scary and serious. That's why a kind conversation in combination with simplified explanations and vibrant colors is key to allow a bigger variety of users to be able to use our product. It's more common that fintech apps have a more strict and formal way of communication and to us, that's not MiniPay.
