MiniPay Ambassador Rules
Limited a private limited company organized under laws of Ireland with an address at The Wildle 53 Merrion Square, Dublin 2, D02 PR63, Ireland (“Blueboard”). Participation in the The MiniPay Ambassador Program (“Program”) constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Rules and the decisions of the Blueboard which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
- Program is organized by Blueboard and is only open to qualified residents of qualifying countries in which MiniPay non-custodial crypto wallet (“MiniPay”) is available.
- The Program will commence in November, 2023 and continue indefinitely.
- By participating in the Program, You must:
- Be 18 years of age or older and can submit proof of said residency through production of a valid governmental ID or residence permit;
- Own the iOS or Android device and be an Opera Mini or MiniPay user;
- Accepting these Rules;
- Register to participate the Program; and
- follow the specific Program rules. By fulfilling the above you become the “Ambassador”.
- Only one registration will be accepted per person and/or per registered cellular number. Multiple registrations from the same person and/or cellular number will result in the ambassador being disqualified from participating in the Program as well as result in the forfeiture of any bonuses rewarded for participation in Program.
- During the course of the Program, Ambassadors are expected to refer other users to MiniPay available in Opera Mini mobile browser, and as a standalone app on iOS or Android devices (in exchange for earning a bonus.)
- Ambassadors will be allocated a referral bonus of 0.50 USDC per activated user who signs up to MiniPay using their unique referral link.
- Activation of the referred user is only complete after a user funds their MiniPay wallet at least once using any of the on-ramp services in the “Deposit” page of the app.
- Where a user has been referred but is yet to fund their wallet using any of the on-ramp service providers, the referral will not be counted towards the ambassador’s credit.
- To participate in Program, the following shall be applicable:
- The Participant must have a MiniPay account;
- Ambassadors will be liable for their costs incurred in the process of acquiring new users using their unique invite link;
- Ambassadors shall be a qualified resident of a qualifying country.
- The fulfilment of referral bonuses will be airdropped directly into the Ambassador’s MiniPay wallet connected to their registered phone number.
- Ambassadors acknowledge and agree that risk and ownership in and to any bonuses earned will transfer to the Participant upon Blueboard making the bonuses available in the Ambassador’s MiniPay wallet. Blueboard shall not be liable for the loss of or damage to any prizes once risk and ownership has transferred to the Participant.
- Blueboard is not accountable to make any extra payments to the Ambassadors in exchange for any such activities including but not limited to promoting the product on social media, organizing community events, or providing feedback.
- By entering the Program, you agree to allow Blueboard and its Affiliates the right to use, copy, quote, adapt, and publish details pertaining to your participation, including on our social media channels and websites, without any payment.
- We reserve the right to offboard Ambassadors who didn’t successfully refer any users in accordance with these Rules in the last month.
- In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Program is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Program to address the impairment and then resume the Program in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Rules; or (b) award the prize(s) at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Blueboard reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Program or to be acting in violation of these Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Program may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Blueboard reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Blueboard’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In case of a dispute as to the owner of an entry, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the screen name from which the entry is made. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Blueboard may in its sole discretion amend these Rules and/or end the Program at any time, without notice, and such amendments and/or end of the Program shall be deemed to have taken effect from the date of publication by the Blueboard. Blueboard is entitled in its entire discretion to reject any participant for any reason. Blueboard reserves the right to cancel, suspend or terminate the campaign, without notice at any time and no liability shall lie against Blueboard, in favor of any entrant or third party arising from such cancellation, suspension, or termination.
- By participating in the Program, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Blueboard from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Program or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Program; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Program or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Program or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Blueboards’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Program, and in no event shall the Blueboard be liable for attorney’s fees or costs. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
- Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Program or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Oslo, Norway. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Blueboard in connection with the Program, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Kingdom of Norway, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Kingdom of Norway or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Kingdom of Norway.
